Both our specials and our regular menu items are prepared with care, and use only the finest quality products. Clancy's Famous Green Chili Cheeseburger is served between flour tortillas with a sauce of local hatch green chiles boiled with pork shoulder, potatoes, garlic and cumin, then smothered with cheese.
